When Chris and Bailey founded Arise Lending, they did it because of their love of people. They wanted to see people’s lives transformed here in the states and overseas, and wanted to do it using real estate. When you are able to serve and love people well it leads to developing a sense of community and builds lasting relationships. When that happens lives get transformed; there is healing, forgiveness, love, and joy in that place.
That sustainability does not have to just be here in the USA; real estate can be used to have the same impact all over the world. Chris and Bailey wanted to see that in families and communities across the globe.
Each time any one of our 3 companies transacts we will give a portion of the commissions to a company called Godesign. They are an amazing non-profit that builds homes, libraries, schools, etc. in Ethiopia and Uganda. They have the same heart for wanting to see people put first and see how it can affect entire communities. We are super excited to partner with them.
